Payment methods:

For reservations with a total amount equal to or less than €1500, you will receive a link to pay online by credit card. Payment must be made within the cancellation terms specified by the selected rate.

For reservations with a total amount exceeding €1500, payment must be made via bank transfer. You will receive the bank transfer details via email.

In both cases, pre-authorization of the card is required as a guarantee.

Your personal data will be processed by us, both manually and through data processing systems, for the purpose of a) completing the room reservation request made, b) satisfying your requests (consent is not required), c) sending information material on services and products offered by our organization (consent is required). The transmission of data is mandatory in order to complete the reservation (case a), while it is not mandatory but necessary in order to satisfy your requests (cases b and c). Your data may be forwarded to other partner companies for the management of reservations and for the requested services. The data will not be disclosed publicly.
